A pair of early 20th century, hand tuned timpani, diameters 27" and 25". Beautifully restored with a dark patina by Precision Classic Timpani, Mark Guthrie believes the bowls are of German design and make. The copper is thinner than other timpani of that era and the builder is unknown. They have a very clear, sweet, compact sound. PCT wooden quad stands are painted ivory as a contrast to the bowls. PCT head protectors.
